Tasting notes: Intense purple in colour. The nose reveals aromas of black cherry, blackberry and tapenade, underscored by ageing in new oak barrels. Built for ageing, it offers a blackcurrant-led palate and a finish marked by eucalyptus.
Food pairings: Charcuterie and cured meats, terrines and pâtés, meats in brown or light sauces, game and offal, cheeses.
