Tasting notes: Deep garnet in colour with a lovely brilliance. The nose is deep and fresh, revealing notes of stewed black fruit and spice. The palate is generous and sun-kissed, with broad tannins and lovely balance. Ageing potential: 5–7 years. Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Food pairings: Pairs well with red meats, bone-in rib steak or marinated lamb.
