Soil: Clay-limestone soils.
Tasting notes: Very intense in colour, with aromas of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, chocolate and smoke. The palate is beautifully rounded and velvety, with powerful yet well-integrated tannins.
Food pairings: Serve at room temperature with roast wild boar, duck breast with orange sauce or lamb tagine.

Tasting notes: Dark red in colour, dense and youthful. The nose shows slight development, with notes of honey, resin, dried fruit and chocolate. The palate opens smoothly, showing character and leading to a spicy finish.
Food pairings: Serve at room temperature with hare stew, Provençal beef stew or lamb curry.
