Mas de Martin
Dating back to 1898 and restructured 20 years ago, Mas de Martin comprises 250 hectares of garrigue surrounding 20 hectares of vineyards and 1,000 olive trees, and is home to 300 beehives.
The estate’s distinctive location, stony soils and vine planting densities yield complementary flavour profiles within the same grape variety, allowing for more nuanced blends.

Tasting notes: Deep, concentrated violet in colour with purple highlights. A distinctive bouquet emerges as soon as the bottle is opened, revealing notes of scorched earth, ink and graphite, mingled with garrigue herbs and spice, and hints of blackcurrant and elderberry. Powerful from the outset, this cuvée retains great elegance and freshness, underpinned by its acidity.
Food pairings: A wine for celebrations, pleasing on the palate and easy to enjoy with charcuterie and grilled meats.
